For a long time, I’ve been publishing new content every week … a quotation on Monday morning and a new blog post on both Wednesday and Friday.
With the New Year, I decided to move in a slightly different direction. You’ll still receive a favorite quote every Monday morning. That won’t change.
A New Weekly Newsletter
For the rest of the week, I’m going to combine Wednesdays and Fridays and issue a weekly newsletter every Wednesday. The result will be a more robust product that will cover a wider range of interests, and I hope, will be even more valuable to you.
We’ll still cover the leadership landscape … with all of its ruffles and flourishes … as well as subjects like productivity, accountability, strategy, business finance …. all those topics relevant to becoming a More Effective Leader.
I’ll share with you some of the concepts we’re discussing at the Exkalibur Leadership Forum and offer some suggestions and best practices you can immediately apply to your business.
I’ll also reach a little farther and cover other subjects that capture my interest … and I hope yours. Our lives are broad and rich and so, too, will be my newsletter.

What am I reading, watching, listening to ….
Many of you ask what books I’m reading but I rarely tell you. Now I’ll be able to tell you in just a short snippet … non-fiction titles I like as well as the many novels I consume every year, often more than one/week and invariably born in the Mystery-Thriller-Suspense genre.
I’ll also point you to articles I find interesting, ones I haven’t written but where I think you’ll gain something by reading them, too. I’ll also share with you what I’m watching and listening to … podcasts and videos I believe will also be interesting to you.
Some lighter fare as well
Since my friends are always asking about good TV shows, knowing I’m always on the lookout for good stories (usually with a little ass-kickin’ thrown in), I’ll share those, too. Even if you ignore the TV stuff, you’ll probably learn a little more about my tastes and predilections and how it informs my perspective on many issues. I’ll probably throw in a few movie selections … and a few laughs, too.
I’ll cover this lighter fare in short bursts … easily and quickly consumable where, along with me, you can take a quick break and catch your breath.
You’ll also get to share and contribute, too. More input … more sharing … more communication between us on issues important to us … and subjects that are just for fun.
