I wanted to share this concept with you today because it is a powerful reminder that as leaders, we’re working with average human beings just like ourselves. S ure, there might be a few scattered superstars among us, but those are the exceptions. Everyone else is like us … getting up early to get the kids to school, getting lunches packed, schedules aligned … providing for their families.

They have good days and bad, feel pain and pleasure and in almost all cases, are trying to do the best job they can.
