Andy Grove, the former CEO of Intel, wrote the book, Only the Paranoid Survive, a testament to his relentless drive and devotion.

Two of the quotes attributed to him are a good way to start the week … and to be reminded of what I wrote about last week … that hope is NOT a strategy and that Action IS the cornerstone of our success.

“You have to pretend you’re 100 percent sure. You have to take action; you can’t hesitate or hedge your bets. Anything less will condemn your efforts to failure.”
